I started in the engine room. At SchoolNet, a venture-backed education company in New York, I ran sales operations and built the pipeline, CRM, forecasting, pricing, territory and comp systems. Those systems carried the company all the way through its acquisition by Pearson.
Then I spent years on the other side of the machine, carrying the number it produces. I was an account general manager at Pearson, led customer success at ThinkCERCA and enterprise partnerships at Discovery Education, and ran enterprise sales for LEGO Education in North America, where we moved the business from channel sales to direct. As CEO of Curriki I moved the organization onto an open-source SaaS platform. At pi-top, as global vice president of sales and revenue operations, I helped take a retail business into B2B education.
Kellogg gave me the systems lens. The jobs taught me what happens when those systems meet a real number.
I have sat in nearly every seat a revenue organization has. I have been the rep whose territory was drawn badly, the sales leader whose forecast was built on hope, and the CEO who needed the number to be true. Those seats taught me that growth runs on the same foundation everywhere. The buyer has to understand the message. The team has to know the process. The data has to be clean, and finance has to trust the forecast. When marketing, sales and customer success pull toward one number, the business grows. When they don't, it leaks.
In 2021 I started The sideKick Group to do that work alongside other leadership teams: sales process, forecasting, comp and CRM, for CEOs and investors who needed the revenue engine to run cleaner. Along the way I built the revenue operations function at Carnegie Learning, a PE-owned learning company. In 2025 one advisory engagement brought me to Huddle Up Care. I believed in the work and the mission enough to stay, and since January 2026 I have been there full time. I still take on select advisory and fractional CRO work alongside it.
